eh I know what's DNB, but in Italy most of the population doesn't know it or also never eard it... I know only a bunch of people that listen to it, 3-4 person, and I think will be very hard to produce something here... But I cannot leave my country, I'll not endure much abroad without italian food

thats how all local music scene's begin
it only takes a few guys dj'ing the music they love to get things moving.

looking through the italian club nights,
it does seem to be all goth and electronica nights.
perhaps its time for you guys that love drum and bass to sort out a venue,
roll out the beats, and spread the word.
all it takes is 15 people at your 1st night,
those 15 will tell another 15people etc etc etc.
im not saying its easy, but fuck it you'll have a laugh in the process .

i wonder how mc'ing to drum and bass in Italian would sound like.

eheh well thx for the tips, but there isn't a dnb party every night like in london, you live in the homeland of this genre 
I live in Piemont, here the situation is different.
For make a paragon, Piemont is like the north of scotland, and Rimini is like London.
Hope to became good, I'll certainly start from little private party with friends... But I still waiting s1 and the 1st of the month
